The UEA Symphony Orchestra rehearses every Wednesday during semester and performs either alone or with the UEA Choir at least three times a year. Past projects have included orchestral workshops, a performance of Sibelius Symphony No.2 led by Sir Colin Davis - principal conductor with the London Symphony Orchestra - and a tour to Graz in Austria in June 2006. The University Orchestra is conducted by Director of Performance Studies, Dr Sharon Choa.
